Orange Cinchona is just such a great alcohol replacement - it feels grown up, complex and it’s just delicious 😋
Bitter Orange, Cinchona Bark (my favourite ingredient) and a blend of 17 other bitter, complex herbs.

If you are a big Herb 🌿 🪴 fan then I think you will love Herb Verde.
Just like being in the garden in summer.
Lovely fragrant Mint, combined with Gentian, Rosemary and a touch of Thyme.
(Gentian is used in lots of aperitif)

This is Spiced Rhubarb. I used to say it is my best selling recipe but now the others have found their fans, it’s probably only just so.
A blend of Rhubarb, Juniper, Ginger & Chilli.

Starting with Grapefruit Piquante. The summer limited edition, it’s a blend of zingy Grapefruit, Mint, Rosemary & Chilli 🌶️ - it’s not super spicy but it does have a kick.

Sweet, sour, bitter, fresh?
I love all of them depending on my mood and what I’m having alongside - they pair beautifully with different dishes. Herb Verde with Chicken Larb is a thing of wonder!
