75ml warm pressed apple juice
Cinnamon foam
Cinnamon stick for garnish
Pour all of your ingredients into a glass and top with a cinnamon foam and stick

50ml Rum
15ml Gingerbread
Half a lime
2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
25ml Coconut puree
50ml Pineapple
50ml Orange Juice
Pineapple to garnish

15ml Kahlua
15ml Gingerbread Syrup
50ml Cream
Ginger biscuit
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into your glass and grate the biscuit to garnish.

50ml Apple Juice
Lemon Juice
Cinnamon Syrup Foam
(Water + Stillabunt + Cinnamon)
Add everything but the foam to a shaker.
Shake!
Strain into a glass, shake up the foam and serve!
