Looking to connect with like-minded investors. 🤝
I'm into dividend investing, dividend growth, DRIP, REITs, InvITs, and swing trades.
My goal is simple: build growing passive income and let compounding do the heavy lifting.
I also maintain r/drip_dividend on Reddit.
If you're on a similar journey, let's connect and learn from each other.
What's the smallest dividend you've ever received? 😂
Mine couldn't even buy a cutting chai — but honestly? Still felt like a win. 🍵

Dividend Investors, if you had to choose only one, which would it be?
➜ High dividend yield + low/no (or negative) dividend growth
➜ Average dividend yield + moderate dividend growth
➜ Low dividend yield + high dividend growth
Which strategy do you prefer for long-term investing, and why? 👇
@MotivationalLo8 I use this to group dividend stocks by yield and growth:
→ 5%+ yield | low growth (0–5%) (REITs/InvITs/utilities/mature cash flows)
→ 2–5% yield | moderate growth (5–12%)
→ <2% yield | high growth (15–20%+)
@Invest_AndGrow I had multiple accounts earlier, but closed them due to high charges, minimum balance requirements, and maintenance difficulty. Now I have only one account.
I'd actually pick all three because each has a different role.
→ Option 1 — Income today. Ideal if you're retired or need regular cash flow.
→ Option 2 — Income tomorrow. A balance between current yield and dividend growth.
→ Option 3 — Income for the future. Lower yield today, but stronger dividend growth over time.
That's why my portfolio is a mix of all three—small, but growing. 😊
The best part? I let one asset build the next.
The cash flow from higher-yield investments helps me accumulate dividend growers, and those dividend growers help build long-term wealth.
My goal isn't just to earn dividends—it's to keep turning today's income into tomorrow's income, and tomorrow's income into future wealth. 😄

@Invest_AndGrow Yes, but both have negative dividend growth. One pays a high dividend, the other pays less. Neither fits my portfolio. Even if you gave them to me for free... I'd still say no.. 😂
My swing strategy is a bit different from others. It is driven by my dividend investing approach.
I never sell at a loss. I sell only when there's a decent profit—enough to cover all charges and still accumulate a new holding. Otherwise, I simply keep holding and collect dividends. 😄
