@wisanyanya Draws is any 3*/SSR/S, while rate up is the banner 3*/SSR/S. Dupes in some cases are necessary to have a functional unit in hoyo (Take Ellen Joe for example.) Support cards are the same as weapons. They're for the whales to whale on and don't matter for f2p.
