@barrie8738 @lcc_licensing assume you are a PH driver. If so, you are not a taxi, which is why you cannot join them. A taxi rank isn't somewhere to rest, but a place taxis wait for customers to approach them. Private hire drivers can only receive pre-booked jobs, so you have no need to be on a rank.
