本文将为你逐一梳理，比特币的Layer2项目BEVM 昨日公布空投规则后，为何一经发布立马引起了众怒，讨伐之声此起彼伏，到底是什么样的规则引发了社区暴动，天怒人怨 ？

一、最牛解锁期：每月0.33%尊严税，比电诈刑期还长的解锁

先震撼你的小心脏，大家一起欣赏这一套史上最强的解锁艺术：

前12个月：每月解锁0.33%
接下来48个月：每月解锁0.125%
总共60个月释放期（五年！五年！五年！）

真的是造孽啊！主打一个让用户等到忘记自己曾经参与过项目。

一般情况下，分期解锁主要目的是为了防止暴跌以及制造一种“长期共建”的价值幻觉。一般的垃圾项目方，解锁期到几个月-1年不等，已经算是非常长的了。

BEVM直接拉长到5年，你没有看错，是五年，也许是项目方想让你陪它穿越牛熊，但我更愿意相信，他可能更想确保你能忘掉你的账户密码。

电信诈骗罪一般也就三年，默默搞空投的用户们究竟造了什么孽，需要承担五年的刑期。铁窗泪都哭干了，币还没解锁完！！！直观对比一下：

退一万步讲，就算是五年，你要是给的多，也能忍。但是根据项目方的规则，第一个月大概能领0.几个代币。用户领的不是空投，这是在向项目方缴纳尊严税，不然解释不了，领代币的Gas比代币价值更大。

整个遵循的原则是：领的越多，亏的越惨。

我看项目方可以直接创新一个BEVM模式，这个模式的核心要义是：让用户坐牢，让团队自由。

二、最强老鼠仓：链上裸奔式建老鼠仓，行为艺术的巅峰

多数项目方搞老鼠仓都遮遮掩掩，生怕屁股不干净。而BEVM反其道而行，生怕你不知道他在搞老鼠仓，证据铁的令人发指。简要给出三条：

地址行为克隆：所有可疑地址链上活动轨迹完全一致，如同工业流水线产品。

资金链路同源：100%可疑地址Gas费均来BulkTransfer合约转账，该合约已被标记为项目方控制地址。

分配参数镜像：所有地址均从 poolIndex 4池分配代币，且数量完全雷同。

项目方早期宣传用户空投至少3%，然而数据铁证揭示了3%里面还有高达1.2%的代币发到了项目方自己的腰包，真正用户到手的话仅仅1.8%的空投！

上述三点，完全可以成为区块链抢劫的标准范本：作恶自动化、赃款可视化、抢劫标准化。

三、最狠收割机：借币安金字牌匾打劫用户钱包

项目方早期与币安合作推出的任务，明确表示代币将直接空投至用户钱包。

然而真实的情况是：用户不仅需要支付高额的gas费来领取，而且数量极低。

借交易所知名度宣传自己的产品，待达到目的后选择背刺，同时选择装聋作哑的表演艺术作为Ending！

在如何把无耻做出创新这件事上，项目方真可谓是大师，一套组合拳下来，任谁都迷糊。这一套打劫方法论如下：

1、用空投做饵，用交易所合作的招牌做引

2、流量来了以后，用高额的Gas赚取收入，养着团队

3、用0.1刀的残羹剩饭堵你的嘴，

4、当你维权时，币安 @binancezh 、 @binancezh 、 @cz_binance ："第三方活动与我无关"； BEVM："已读"。

就问你，服！不！服！！！

四、最无底线操作：让用户输的很彻底

除了空投的五年刑期备受吐槽外，还有以下槽点令人火冒三丈。

1、早期铭文火爆阶段，让用户的交互血本无亏。在铭文火热时期，交互一次大约至少20美金，还不算上投票等一系列操作，基本上，用户血本无归！

2、承诺OP Stack合作活动的双倍奖励，再次发挥装聋作哑技能，TGE后再也不提！

3、参与节点的用户，直接沦落成项目方的免费劳动力，一点空投都没有！！！

BEVM的空投风波彻底暴露了项目方的无底线操作，苛刻的五年解锁机制、疑似“老鼠仓”的暗箱操控、虚假的合作承诺等一系列问题。

也许这可能是第一个把无耻写进智能合约的奇葩项目方，这场空投也最终让“国产项目”四个字彻底沦为赛博笑话。

用户的骂声也只能是一些情绪宣泄，亏损的金钱，耗费的时间都无法追回，或许对于此类无耻项目方，可能在白皮书的第一页就写好项目的潜台词宣言：

“亲爱的韭菜们，当你读到这句话时，你的Gas已经成为了我在公海上的香槟。”

最后，我建议所有的行业人士都将BEVM项目的空投列为《Web3防诈必修第一课》，毕竟在这个项目里，你才能看到没有下限的项目方到底长什么样！在参与新项目前，请务必擦亮眼睛！
