@OKCLindsey@SenRandPaul@doj The pardon keeps the feds away from prosecuting him already. So If there was any evidence that the states had to prosecute him, they would have tried to do so already. But him pleading the 5th keeps them from even having any ammo to even try it.

@RoyConkright@SenRandPaul@doj If your plan is to go before a court and argue a Supreme Court case is even more proof on why the standard canβt be met. You gotta convince a jury that he criminally violated a STANDING LAW. If you gotta debate it, thereβs your reasonable doubt.
