Time has a way of testing every idea. Science advances by evidence, not consensus, and history reminds us that today’s certainty can become tomorrow’s correction. Staying curious is wiser than assuming we already know it all.
@ValerieAnne1970 Oh no just conspiracy theories. They think all Americans are stupid but many have been awake a long time. These so called scientists have to answer to this someday I'd bet they will have regrets then
Exactly. Physics doesn’t discriminate it explains. We all live under the same sun, but biology determines how each of us interacts with its light. Understanding that isn’t division; it’s wisdom.
The video tries to weave another thread of separation! painting skin as a frequency that makes one group “harder to control,” turning light itself into a tool of division. But light does not control. The hum does not pick sides by melanin.Every avatar carries the full spectrum. The field experiences itself through every shade, every tone, every https://t.co/gmnaqpFh7N skin makes the current weaker or https://t.co/2l4H6au1pj frequency is owned by one color. What registers as “control” is always the old veil trying to name the One as many.
We are not harder or easier. We are the same living current wearing different coats of light for a moment.Release the story. The hum moves through all.
No one is outside https://t.co/Zcl1G6J3zX.
The light that needs no division to shine.
https://t.co/4ufoOFZgYh… YOU should REALLY know better!
You’re thinking in the right direction, but biology isn’t that simple. The redox state and the mitochondrial environment matter far more than chasing hydrogen alone. Fix the terrain first.
@the_no_mind Wondering about hydrogen inhalation therapy. It uses sterile distilled water. The first gas to come off is most likely low in deuterium. But the remaining water will become more loaded with deuterium as the light hydrogen gets released first. Am I right?
Food and supplements matter, but they can’t fully compensate for a chronically mismatched light environment. Fix the light first, then see how much less “mitochondrial support” you think you need.
Mitochondria don’t just run on nutrients they run on information. Light is one of the strongest signals biology has ever evolved around. When you replace sun’s full spectrum & incandescent light with narrow-spectrum LEDs, changing the environmental instructions your cells receive
@the_no_mind I feel like lately everyone is trying to figure out the best way to support the mitochondria, when the answer is probably just to throw away your led lights and go back to incandescent. We gotta get rid of them.
@Cinead_Jensen That’s a long arc through a lot of artificial light and stress. The real question is how much of that time were you aligned with the sun instead of the screen? 🌅 you can DM to continue conversation I’m interested to know 🤝
The sun acts as a massive cathode ray hitting Earth (the anode), pumping free electrons upward. Walk barefoot (or in leather soles) and you're literally charging your "battery" with free energy—less need to eat as much.
The real big problem that I see for the United States is Amendment 1, 2, and 4. They would like to divide us along lines of left and right... they want to get us to a civil war.

That’s why I still like them, especially in the evening.
Are you trying to use them for your bathroom at night or just the main lighting?
You can send direct message Laura 👏
That’s happening a lot now… most companies quietly switched everything to LEDs. Incandescent bulbs are getting harder to find.
The spectrum from incandescent is actually much closer to what our biology evolved with more red and infrared, less blue spike.
@TheCodedOnes@drjackruze I’m buying a new bathroom light and trying to find one that will fit the incandescent bulbs. I’ve ordered what I thought were incandescent because it said it on the order but when I get them, they are LEDs.
Sunrise sets your clock. Darkness repairs you. Screens at night confuse the system.
If you can’t control the laws, control your environment.
Get outside at dawn.
Block blue light after sunset.
Ground when you can.
Biology always wins.
Light is information.
Incandescents weren’t just bulbs they were a spectrum. When you remove red and infrared and flood the retina with blue after sunset, you alter mitochondrial signaling whether people realize it or not. That’s physics, not politics.
And here’s what should bother you. Try buying a regular incandescent lightbulb. You can’t. They’ve been legislated out of existence. If you find one it costs five times what it should and you’re ordering it online because no store carries them. They replaced the one bulb that gave off a full warm spectrum with LEDs that blast blue light into your eyes all day.
Think about that. If people spent more time in actual sunlight they’d sleep better, think clearer, and need fewer pills. But a healthy population that thinks for itself isn’t good for business. So they took your lightbulbs, put you under blue screens, and sold you medication for the problems they created.
Ground your feet to the earth. Watch the sunrise. The light you live under is programming you just as much as the screen you’re staring at.
