So now I’ve wasted 6 hours of my life trying to fix the problem AT&T caused ... for under $1300 ... and the @ATTHelp employee is now taking a two hour lunch break. She referred me to their website to get answers to my questions. Way to go @ATTHelp.

My parents both retired from @ATTHelp with over 25 yrs service each. I’ve been a customer for 40+ yrs & always pd my bill on time. Now they decide to turn off my phone & extort $1300 from me after telling me I could get a comparable phone for $400 not the cheap phone they sent.
