@MTNNG @NGSuperEagles It’s a shame MTN invests so much in marketing only for their poor service to ruin their reputation. Without a fierce competitor to keep them on their toes, they’ve become complacent. Any real competition would have put them out of business by now

@MTNNG Hi, I made a payment of 25k on Dec 5th, 2025. MTN Fiber X was installed on Dec 17th, 2025, but was not activated until January 3rd, 2026. I have only browsed for two weeks and can no longer browse. What is happening? It stopped browsing on the evening of Jan 14th, 2026.

@MTNNG For where 3 weeks counting cannot still browse the internet since it been installed... caution dont pay if you need internet now now. Called customer service several times na stories oo like . we resolve the issue.. we have escalated the issues
