@Delta I filed the claim in your system. The issue is that one of the feet was broken off my bag so it does not stand up any longer. It was hard to express this on the form. Ticket/boarding pass are all electronically in your system. I did upload pictures of the bag claim check

@audiblesupport Haven’t tried that and honestly that answer seems a little silly. Why doesn’t it let me get the 3.99 offer when I click the “get this offer” button in the email? And why would I spend a credit on something sale priced at 3.99? It shouldn’t be this hard…..

@audiblesupport I clicked the link and was asked to sign into my account. The page that came up next had an option to download a sample or purchase the audiobook for 1 credit. No credit card option was present like there used to be. This problem has been present for a while
