@liambarker You can either find a big hotel with pool, all inclusive etc and sit there all day. Or be a bit more adventurous (prefer the latter). Hire a car, go to the amazing beaches, have lunch in Teguise, go wine tasting, visit Cesar Manrique. Small island and roads are quiet and safe
