Morris Softball 2026 season comes to an end as we lost to Providence 2-0. We finish the season 29-7. This team is so special and has so much to be proud of. We are so lucky for the time we have had with our six amazing seniors, Ella, Mylie, Tessa, Addy, Alyssa, and Adrianna.

A great day at the State Prelims! Cuyler Swanson (4:15.23) and Everett Swanson (4:15.55) both win their heats in the 1600 meter run to seed them at 1st and 3rd in the Finals! Colin Zierman qualifies for the State Finals in both the 110 meter hurdle and 300 meter hurdles!

Morris Varsity Softball defeats Tinley Park 15-0 in 6 innings. We will now play for the Sectional Championship on Friday at 4PM against Providence. Mylie Hughes picks up the win giving up just 1 hit, 3 walks, while striking out 9.

Congrats to Morris Tennis on taking 2nd place at the LaSalle Peru IHSA Sectional! Senior Connor Barth was the #1 singles sectional champion (32-0 record) and Junior Andrew Ochoa (26-7) took 4th place! Best of luck at state!

My co- teacher and I use it as a bell ringer activity where students write a news fact for the day and allows us to get all of the administrative things done and then discuss the big issue of the day. We do 1st half in Dec & 2nd half in May
