I was just caught in the longest "Canadian Standoff" of my life.

Leaving my morning coffee shop I approached the door just as the next customer was approaching to enter...

This establishment has a double door system. So, there we stood, holding the door for each other, insisting on the other proceed.

I think we'd have stayed locked in until closing time if it wasn't for another customer leaving who took the door from me allowing us to break the stalemate.
