@bsnl_care @BSNL_KTK Complaint towards incoming call auto disconnection on my landline lodged on 19th August remains unresolved. Technician insists to upgrade to Bharat Fibre without justifying the necessity. Can't file another complaint nor the 1st is getting resolved.
