@Hertz PREPAID rental 6/28 for 7/19. 7/19- was told I need deposit- ok. Gave debit card; told it had to be w/same card as 6/28. That card closed by my CC company due to fraud. Won't let me use other card. Won't give car or $ back or cancel. Called Cust. Service, same answer??

Chad was awesome! Matched the lowest price quote I had received, came to my place of employment late at night and picked up my car, replaced the windshield, and returned it within a few hours or less. Fantastic customer service and great work!
