Black children have experienced higher rates of severe COVID.

Not surprisingly, I’ve yet to speak with a Black parent who supports ending masks in schools.

Ironic that the clamor to end masking is happening during a month designed to amplify Black voices.

@CourtneyCogburn I actually don’t mind it, but got used to it pretty early—helped I gave webinars b4 the pandemic so had the experience pre-pandemic stress. I also appreciate/look for/ask for other indications of engagement like comments in the chat. Thought this pic was relevant to your Q too 😉
