Hon’ble CM @HemantSorenJMM , we urgently seek your intervention. Increase internship seats, ensure compliance with NMC guidelines, and provide immediate internship opportunities to FMGs. Every day of delay is a day stolen from a doctor’s future.

Today, representatives from AIMSA-FMSW & AFA visited the Jharkhand Medical Council, regarding the ongoing delay in the internship process for FMGs who have qualified FMGE.
They requested the Registrar of Jharkhand Medical Council, to expedite the internship allotment process, as many FMGs have been waiting for months despite clearing FMGE.
We hope the department will take prompt action and ensure the early commencement of internships for all eligible candidates. @aimsa_fmsw@medicaldialogs@drugsdose@official_aimsa
Just imagine the pain and anxiety that NEET‑UG aspirants and their families might be experiencing right now. Every year, it’s the same story medical education and its examinations take a heavy toll on the minds of lakhs of aspirants.
I fail to understand why the government cannot conduct NEET‑UG on a digital platform, the same way other examinations in India are being held. The government often speaks about improving medical education and increasing MBBS seats, yet this is the ground reality.
The same situation was witnessed with NEET‑PG when the qualifying cutoff was set at –40. Is this really how we intend to strengthen medical education? At the same time, FMGE is made tougher and numerous regulations are imposed on MBBS abroad, but when it comes to reforming medical education within India, what actual steps are being taken by government?
