@ArrivaKent the 653 bus from Halling to Rochester schools has been cancelled this morning with very late notice. I will fill in a complaint form, but as you still have replied to my previous one, I don't hold out much hope! This is unacceptable!

@ArrivaKent, the 653 school bus has been 45mins late, starting its route 2 days in a row with no explanation and no notice it was going to be delayed. Can you give a reason? There are a lot of children that rely on the service who will be late to school
