@MMPryce @RoshanaMN As an anaesthetist working with many surgeons I see a lot of colleagues who are also mothers to young kids, you're awesome and have a different perspective. Can't see how you manage, but most of not all are great at what they do in both fields.

-they trained people on rapid training courses to replace them (medicine is a little longer to train into)

@TheBMA Kettering General @kettgeneral are blaming that they "had to reopen leavers accounts" in order to process this, and due to manpower they could not. Now leavers are getting back pay on the 20th of December! Total farce
