@VirginAtlantic Steve Raghau was extremely supportive during a very stressful time as my daughter and I waited at the gate for UK email approving our entry and enabling getting our boarding passes. The came just in time as he reassured us that it would. Positive energy.

@Kimpton stayed at the Arras Asheville for three nights. Great hotel except no hot water in shower the last night. I felt they should have comped the last night but only offered an apology.
@remarkablepaper unfortunately the eraser pen broke twice in the same spot. The collar must have a design flaw. I tried to submit a claim on the web form but glitchy. No luck.
