@RelianceDigital @RelianceDigital I had already shared response from One Plus,they have stated that the device purchased from Reliance Digital an unauthorised partner thus they will not service the product and have declared product non genuine, still being asked to visit service centre.

@makemytrip,sad to see u celebrating 25 years ,is not able to resolve my issue , train i was to travel supposed to leave on 14/4/25 at 6.30 pm however still today 15/4/25 9.19 its system shows chart not prepared , moreover i had opted for trip gurantee,which is yet to be credit
