I found out this was my spirit team's primary way of communicating with me. It was trial and error. I used dousing rods to directly connect with them and get clarification on things.

I was told to pay attention to what I was thinking/seeing/hearing exactly when the ringing started. That was "what" they were trying to communicate to me.

Sometimes the messages are clear and easy such as "cleansing"(meaning they wanted me to cleanse my house and body of bad energy) and other times it's a full-blown scavenger hunt to figure out what they are trying to tell me.... Such as they were using "candy corn" as a means of communicating the word "pyramid" because candy corn is pyramid shaped. That one led me on a whole scavenger hunt to finding a YouTube video I was supposed to watch on "Kundalini Awakening".

Hopefully this message helps someone else figure out how to put two and two together with the ringing in their head.

If anything try and retrace exactly what you were thinking when the ringing started. Good chance that's the message.
