@tnakkash Very different times than the 60’s and 70’s when people mobilised to have a say in what affects them, the human condition may be improving overall but maybe less by society’s terms and more by default, for good and for bad, thank you for the stimulating reflections
@tnakkash this is in part because people react more easily to policy than to technology and infrastructure, there’s plenty of examples where policy is now lagging behind development, AI governance is a notable contemporary example, by the time things are regulated we’ve gotten used to them
