@SeatGeek/@SeatGeekHelp this violates your ticket guarantee. I will be filing complaints with my credit card issuer, @DCAttorneyGen, and @FTC. Consumers deserve better than predatory last-minute downgrades disguised as “replacements.”
@SeatGeekHelp tells me bumping us from Row 1 to Row 22 is an "upgrade". Now they claim I “accepted” the downgrade and offered a $20 voucher. That’s insulting. I paid for front row floor seats. You sent me lower value seats 21 rows back. I’m preparing to file fraud complaints.
This is simply bait-and-switch. @SeatGeek’s ticket guarantee means nothing if customers are forced to eat hundreds in losses after buying early and in good faith. I’m not letting this go.
@SeatGeek I bought Row 1 floor seats for Beyoncé’s 7/7 show months ago. You confirmed them, then canceled months later TODAY. The “replacement” seats you offered were either OBSTRUCTED non-floor seats or were 20+ rows back. Please make this right. @SeatGeekHelp
