Teach children to sneeze or cough into the bend of their elbow when they don’t have a tissue, NOT into their palms and you do the same.💪🏾
• Don’t share cups and eating utensils with a person with the common cold to reduce spread.
• Teach your kids the importance of hand-washing
•Disinfect your kitchen and bathroom countertops, door handles and knobs, wash toys often.
• Sneeze and cough into tissues, discard used tissues immediately then wash your Hands carefully. 😤🤧
