@AmiBhattMD loved your @ACC podcast for AI in CICU btw I agree @melrobbins is the best. “Let them” has changed my life and I love her podcast. Now try “the one thing” podcast if you haven’t heard it already!
One of the best things at @SCAI is hanging with people I helped train. Former residents and fellows. Love you all and I’m always here for you! So proud of you.
Also because you tolerate my dad jokes and goofy laugh 😝

@DrMarthaGulati@jescobar82@CMichaelGibson Give back the joy of medicine. We need to replace productivity with productive activity and allow everyone to flourish in what they want to do. Due to financial constraints on business of medicine, we are not taking care of those who care! Thanks for asking, it shows you care!
That’s because our physician leadership has been happily giving away participation in the process for personal gains such as titles and promotion.
I don’t think you can reform it like the cartoon says. We are employees, providers and associates.
We have an opportunity to help ourselves by being involved in AI adoption and I am using it daily in my practice and saving at least 2 hours of charting for compliance that has no value for patient care. Feel free to encourage your org to get it.

Reform needed STAT
This is not why anyone went into medicine. EHR should help us but not inflict so much pain. We risk losing physicians and we are seeing that a lot more than we should.
