🪑 Day 8 — Break Prolonged Sitting
Sitting for long periods without movement isn’t ideal for your health. Even short movement breaks can help you stay more active throughout the day.
Remember: You don’t need a workout every time — just break up the sitting.
💧 Do you really need to force yourself to drink litres of water?
For most healthy adults, thirst is a useful guide for everyday fluid intake. Your needs increase with heat, exercise, fever, vomiting or diarrhoea.
Don’t chase a number. Listen to your body. 💧
🌰🌱 Small handful. Big nutrition.
Nuts and seeds are packed with healthy fats, fibre, protein, vitamins, minerals and plant compounds.
Different foods. Different nutrients. One smart habit. 💚
🍽️ DAY 2 — Eat Slowly
Your brain needs a little time to recognize that you’re full.
Slow down, put the phone away, and actually enjoy your meal.
Small change → Better awareness → Less mindless eating. 🌿

Big shoutout to @KSRTC_Journeys for their amazing customer service! I left my important belongings in the bus, but after reaching out to them and connecting with the bus conductor, I was able to retrieve everything safely! 🙌🚍 #KSRTC#CustomerService
@goddek@JMichael_Smith The Prophet ﷺ has said:
“Indeed, after you (will come) a people who betray and cannot be trusted, give testimony without being told to and make vows and not fulfil them; among them will appear obesity.”
