@TataCompanies why air India is not responsible for loss or misplaced luggage. I was having connecting flight from Chennai to Jaipur via Delhi. At Chennai they said to collect luggage at Jaipur and then at Jaipur they say due to restricted items it was hold back

मनीष कश्यप की माताजी ने राष्ट्रपति महोदया को पत्र लिख कर यह पूछा है कि उनके पुत्र पर जिन धाराओं में प्राथमिकियाँ लिखी गईं और NSA तक लगा दिया गया, वही तर्क और धाराएँ स्टालिन पुत्र उदयनिधि पर क्यों लागू नहीं?

यह पत्र केवल एक पत्र मात्र नहीं बल्कि हमारी प्रशासनिक और न्यायिक व्यवस्था पर एक प्रश्न है कि जो हिंसा हुई नहीं, उसके (हो सकने के) कारण रासुका लगा कर किसी पत्रकार को इतना प्रताड़ित किया जाएगा?

उदयनिधि प्रकरण में तो तमिलनाडु पुलिस ने उसकी जगह अमित मालवीय पर चार धाराओं में केस लिख लिया है कि वो नरसंहार की बातें फैला रहा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से यह पूछ रही है कि मुज़फ़्फ़रनगर कांड में शिक्षिका के विषय में सरकार क्या कर रही है। उस तक 266 सेवानिवृत्त जजों, IAS, IPS, IFS की चिट्ठी के माध्यम से भी उदयनिधि की हेट स्पीच की सूचना नहीं पहुँची?
