@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m an NRI living in the UK. Both my SIM cards were deactivated due to inactivity. After submitting documents, one SIM was reactivated , but the second was declined with the same set of documents , and I was asked to complete a longer verification

I submitted all additional documents, including my UK right-to-work/living proof from the official government website. Today, an Airtel representative told me it couldn’t be accepted as it “might be fake,” despite the UK no longer issuing physical BRPs and using e-Visas instead..
