CT: circumscribed, hyperdense mass( extra axial)-Rt with surrounding Edema, mass effect, possible dural attachment (tail)- classical of MENINGIOMA; consistent with symptoms ~chronic headache~blurred vision ~dizziness

Growth ➡️compression⬆️ICP ➡️no response to migraine treatment
DDx; •Hemangoblastoma(common in the young)
•Mets
•Schwannma

Mgt
~MRI with godlinium, to confirm diagnosis
~Full neuro exam
~Supportive care
•steroids ⬇️inflammation
•seizures prophylaxis
•maybe anti emetic
•neurosurgery
•screen for Mets ( chest/abd/pelvic CT)
