Introduce commercial pass for taxis too .Due to the hefty toll charges it’s become extremely expensive to travel by taxis from Gurgaon to Dwarka. The toll amount is very high and it discourages travel for an average citizen . It’s shamefull .

Thanks for prompt action on our grievance. Received the deposit refund .Though we really appreciate the prompt response, one wonders why this issue had to be tweated, when the deposit refund should have happened organically .

Visited office after about 1 year and was assured that the deposit will be reimbursed in about 2 months .
Again called on 22/06/23 and was told that in 2 weeks , cheque would reach.Till date no response and refund
