President Trump is cutting off Medicaid funding for gender-transition hormones and surgeries for minors, a move that could reshape coverage across at least 17 states.

The president praises the change as a way to stop children from undergoing procedures he calls harmful and irreversible, pointing to dozens of hospitals that have already ended such care.

WATCH: Shake Shack prices surge after a customer hits “no tip” at one of the fast-food chain’s kiosks.

A Utah customer recorded the test after his wife said the same thing happened to her. Two shakes initially listed at $5.99 jump to $6.49 after “no tip” is selected and a pricing update appears on screen.

"I've been to that Shake Shack several different times, and I've never seen anything like that before," Brian Powell told Fox News Digital.

Shake Shack claims the increase was caused by a technology error at the licensed airport location, not a policy to charge customers more for skipping a tip, and says the issue has since been resolved.

Kennedy says President Trump has charged HHS with determining which exposure, or combination of exposures, could be responsible.

NEW: President Trump says he will be demanding compensation from Iran "for all of the people that they have killed and gravely wounded with their roadside bombs and many conflicts."

Trump says compensation should also be paid to the families of "hundreds of thousands" of Iranian protestors that Iran has killed over the last 50 years.

She was reportedly afraid of her boyfriend and planning to leave him. Then police found 19-year-old Julissa Rubi Salazar dead inside her Tucson apartment.

Authorities accuse her 20-year-old boyfriend, Varun Batchigari, of strangling her before allegedly posing as Salazar's mother in text messages. Those messages eventually led to a welfare check and the discovery of her body.

By then, investigators say Batchigari had fled overseas. Authorities in Berlin were waiting when he allegedly tried to continue his escape to India.
