. @JioCare Air fiber service is there to scam and harass the customers. After asking for prepayment of Rs 3000, they are now making all sorts of excuses and putting the installation on hold. No help from the customer service, and to top that, the service engineer misbehaved.
@JioCare Been 48 hours and no action on my complaint. There was so much hurry to gulp up the fees, but no accountability after that. Fraud service amounting to scamming the customers.
@JioCare No messages or follow up email from your side. This is the worst customer service after extracting the advance fees from the customer and not providing the installation too
@JioCare You have got the wrong information update. The engineer did visit my address and refused the installation. I have the recorded proof and the number of your engineer who visited today.
