Pathetic situation in youth hostel shillong. no water, no light, supply in morning time...16 bedsheet in one dormitory..no care taker. 0700 am, 07/06/26.only two toilet one bathroom,each dormitory is giving 270 *16= 4320 rs but facility very poor.

Yesterday was so harassed and toxic. always bad experience of this train, it must be stay in NZM then problem resolve. Please look this matter. After 1.5 hr wait, many people with heavy luggage deboarded at shivaji
