The Community Development dept at @CityofCleveland has mastered the environmental review process for home repairs funded by gov’t dollars.

When I started at WPKND, this crucial step in the process took months. We just got one done in TWO DAYS.

All felony trials go through Cuyahoga County. The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor is elected. He keeps winning reelection. People need to understand who actually holds power in the justice system.

If any other nonprofit is given over $500k in a single gift, it almost always gets covered across local Cleveland media.

Make it $800k for housing at risk folks AND in the underinvested neighborhood of St Clair Superior, all the new nonprofit media outlets would be covering it.
