@Starbucks I’m mad. Your app showed that you had a cup in stock. I paid ahead for it. Drove 30 minutes to go get it, but when I arrived they were “sold out” & couldn’t refund me at the store. It then took me 15 mins on a customer service call. I’m out of time & money. Do better.
