@ThatARCGuy Gave the game another shot. Murdered on sight 3 out of 5 rounds. Murdered at extract by a group of 4 raiders while playing solo on the last round.
I have dealt 87 damage to raiders since release. 137 revives.
Can't even grind a loadout.
Devs promote toxic gameplay.

@warrior_yungjun It's not power scaling. It's a basic failure in writing continuity.
The source material was by no means a masterpiece, but it did have a cogent story arc and a chirality to the characters that showed who they were by how events shaped their behaviours.
Kripke squandered it.

Audiences just want to be entertained. Talented writers can write moral complexity without the need to leverage division.

This was 4 seasons of someone bitching about their mum's boyfriend.
