It has become a norm that every month, salaries of healthcare workers are delayed, me specifically speaking on behalf of CRP 1 Year MOs.
We request your urgent intervention for a permanent solution.

@himantabiswa Sir we the 1 year crp doctors get such a less remuneration of just 38 k which is so difficult to manage in a place so far away from home in a distant periphery that too never in time sir. Kindly look into the matter sir for altleast the salary irregularities for us 🙏🏼

@himantabiswa Sir kindly pay our salary on time 🙏🏻. We 1 year CRP Doctors are continuing our duty even during the strike. At least we should get our salary on time. It's just 38k rupees. Still why is there a delay always ? Do we doctors matter to you or this state ?

Why can't the Government make timely payment of the salary of CRP Doctors who are posted in Periphery?

Last time also, we saw a delay of 2 months.

Why is this being repeated

The government is unable to increase our Salary from 38k

Instead make timely payment.

@himantabiswa Sir, we 1-year CRP doctors under NHM have still not received our salaries. Every month we wait in anxiety—some of us can’t pay rent, food, or travel costs. We serve tirelessly in peripheries, yet face this neglect. Please hear us, sir. We’re struggling. @himantabiswa

@himantabiswa It’s disheartening that irregular salary payments have become a recurring issue for NHM 1 year contractual doctors.Despite serving diligently,we are facing delays in receiving our modest remuneration of ₹38,500.We sincerely hope the authorities ensure timely and regular payment.
