Sorry @CrossCountryUK I think it's actually the 19:44 from York to Bristol. Obviously they can't do anything if people choose to ignore, but some new passengers didn't seem to be aware, so just want to check they're being told of the risk. Thank you!

@CrossCountryUK Could you please check staff are telling newly embarked passengers about the Coach D fumes on the 19:38 from York to Bristol? They might be,but I can still see folk going to sit there so want to check they know (& can't get to crew from where I am - choca).Thanks!

@BootsHelp Hi,I've read that pharmacies have to accept half used medicines for safe disposal, so just wanted to confirm I can bring some nearly empty / half-used drops & sprays to Boots please, & if so, any particular branch? Do you need the cardboard packaging & leaflets too?
