@itzgrizzleyjr Absolutely and as an online store / brand it is important that you have procedures in place to deal with dissatisfied customers.i.e resolving the situation as quickly as possible, Providing an alternative product, providing discounts on the next purchase etc.
@itzgrizzleyjr If you are unhappy with one of the suppliers that you are using, you can remove products from that supplier and choose an alternative supplier, if available.
