The Arab Muslim colonization of the Jewish homeland began with invasion.

In 636–638 CE, the armies of Caliph Umar conquered the Land of Israel.

Nearly 55 years later, in 691–692, they built the Dome of the Rock directly on the Temple Mount, the holiest site in Judaism for more than 1,700 years where two Jewish Temples had stood.

The Al-Aqsa Mosque followed around 715 CE.

Then came the systematic degradation of the indigenous Jews.

In 717 CE, crushing taxes drove many Jews off their ancestral land.

In 720 CE, Caliph Umar II banned Jews from worshipping on the Temple Mount entirely.

That ban lasted more than 1,200 years; and, in practice, the ban continues to this day under Muslim control of the site.

Jews were reduced to humiliated dhimmis (second-class “infidels” in their own homeland).

This was not coexistence.

It was Arab colonization followed by attempted Jewish erasure.

The Jews did not “colonize” the Land of Israel.
They are its indigenous people.

Some never left. Others returned in every generation whenever conditions allowed. Political Zionism in the late 19th century was the modern expression of that unbroken connection, culminating in the restoration of Jewish sovereignty.

History does not begin in the 7th century.

Through diligent and meticulously researching and identifying land transfer documentation from a number of historical legal , and thankfully still maintained sources , Arab , Jew , Palestinian , Zionist and British , Stein has listed numerous land sales from Arabs to Jews prior to the re-establishment of the State of Israel in 1948.
To a political researcher such as myself it is unsurprising how many Arabs yelled foul at the false narrative of a Zionist land grab whilst duplicitously selling at overinflated prices to those very same Zionists they were accusing of land theft .
Both Churchill in several speeches and the Arabs themselves in recorded testimony under oath to various commissions notably the Hope Simpson and Peel Commissions stated that no Arab Palestinian land had been stolen but all legally acquired.
As just one glaring example appendix 3 of the book which exposes numerous such legally documented land sales is as follows.

Author Adriani Relandi was a geographer, cartographer, traveler, philologist.
He understood many languages, including Arabic, Ancient Greek and Hebrew.
He described nearly 2,500 settlements mentioned in the Bible, and made an approximate census according to settlements.

His notes;

1. Palestine is mostly empty, abandoned, sparsely populated. The main population is concentrated in Jerusalem, Akko, Tsfat, Jaffa, Tveria and Gaza.

2. The majority of the population is Jewish; almost everyone else is Christian. A very small part is Muslim, mostly Bedouin...
(Relandi refers to Muslims as nomadic Bedouins who come to cities only as seasonal workers in agriculture or construction.)

3. The only exception is Nablus, inhabited by about 120 members of the Muslim Natsha family and approximately 70 Samaritans.

4. About 5,000 people live in Jerusalem; almost all Jews, and a few Christians.

5. The names of most of the settlements are of Jewish origin, and some have Greek or Roman Latin names. Apart from the city of Ramla, there is no Arab settlement whose original name is Arabic.
Place names derived from Jewish, Greek or Latin are usually adapted into Arabic and meaningless...

6. Approximately 550 people live in Gaza, half of whom are Jews and half are Christians.

Jews were successful in agriculture, especially vineyards, olives and wheat, while Christians were engaged in trade and transportation..."

The machine just follows the instructions, ok. But where does the program come from? Who (what), if anyone (anything), writes it? What if it self evolves and learns (do I need quotes here too?)

On my book, there is nothing profound here. For all I know for certain, I'm aware of myself - I don't have hard evidence for that about anyone else. And when tomorrow an AI model with a fancy harness comes to me and claims he understands me and other things, I'll may add it him (zim?) to the list of entities I know who claim such understanding (or consciousness, if you want to take it further).

Back in the 80's I was working on the development of APTools - an integrated development environment for VAX VMS that supported Cobol, Basic and C for logic. At some point I was sent to help in a project we were helping develop. I learned COBOL on the bus there, and the next day I was "fired" from that project. Not because I didn't know COBOL. It was because I started converting endless repeated code lines to "functions" (blocks). They were very upset with me because they were gettingb paid by how many lines they wrote.
