@Knickanator_ (3) dollars for 16 years, most of which the Knicks sucked donkey dick. Fuck them so hard for not even having the curtesy to communicate with me. I would have even appreciated “we’re greedy and unappreciative of your loyalty fuck off. So disgraceful. Shame on them.
Contrary to Palestinian media claims, the elimination of senior Hxmas officials that occurred in Rafah, did not occur in the safe zone designated by the IDF.
Once again, the propaganda is at work.

1/x I think it’s been over 1,000 days since my last tweet but some experiences do not allow one to remain silent. This may just be therapeutic for me to materialize some of my thoughts to writing but if you’d like to indulge, feel free to take a peak inside my head.
Prior to embarking on Operation Iron Hug, led by my dear friend Dr. Avishai Neuman, I was torn with pangs of selfish self indulgence. What can we American Jews contribute to the very complicated situation we hear about from 6,000 miles? Are our donations from afar actually providing any assistance or just clearing our collective guilty consciences? Are we heading to the Middle East to satisfy our need to feel worthy so we can continue offering opinion to our echo chambers, while gawking at atrocities suffered by others and claiming the pain as our own?
What I’ve seen in the first 24 hours of a trip that will surely be recorded as life altering, has been nothing short of astonishing. There is a palpable feeling of angst on the heels of wicked brutality and collective familial suffering but pangs of hope shine through the vast mural of Israeli experience.
Watching the moment a father mourning the loss of his far too young son, recounting that his son volunteered for service in place of an injured comrade, only to have a stranger in the crowd reveal himself as the father of the injured, led to an immediate bond these eyes have never witnessed.
Visiting limbless warriors rehabilitate their bodies and souls while espousing hope and visions for a bright future.
Retracing the steps of a hero in Sderot with multiple bullet wounds from his defense against 45 terrorist infiltrators and understanding the seemingly irreparable damage to his inner child.
Interfacing with confident and loving special forces amidst training exercises for an undeniably humane mission into enemy territory.
Dining with teenage soldiers preparing to fight a battle they’d prefer to prove unnecessary.
One resounding message was clear. I came of a sense of guilt, of sitting on the sidelines while my people defend their far too porous borders against evil. I expected to check the colloquial box and alleviate some of my sense of despair while gleaming strength from those engaged in the front lines of the pain. I anticipated being a receiver but to my surprise, we, from both near and far, are givers beyond our wildest imaginations.
The families of the slaughtered, the wounded warriors, the displaced civilians, the soldiers preparing for battle, the collective soul of the Jewish people and the Land of Israel are being actively nourished by our love and support. Knowing we are hoping and praying, that we are collecting and contributing, that we are donating and raising our voices is emboldening our people in ways I never saw coming.
I’ve visited Israel countless times and have always found myself better for the too short stay but I’ve never been inspired to understand the connectedness of Jewish unity and how much every small action and word of support impacts our brothers and sisters located between the River and a few miles from the Sea.
I posted this an hour ago and sent out a bunch of texts. We’re already at almost $8k. Not tax deductible. No organization. Just trust between Jews.
I’m not a ra-ra chesed guy. I wish I was. It doesn’t come easy to me. But yesterday I decided to step out of my comfort zone and make an uncomfortable phone call to a random Israeli lady who I’ve never spoken to before - whose number I was given by a volunteer coordinator in Israel who said “you want to help? Call this number and ask how you can help”. So I did. In broken Hebrew. It was awkward. But it worked.
Get out of your comfort zone. Do good. And great things can happen.
Mi k’amcha Yisrael. @MKYstatus

@concertvids34 This is why your hate is shit. The crowd went wild last night for it and most of all- Dave loves it. De destroyed it. He was on fire and loving every second. Keep your hate to yourself. Or maybe go to the shows and then you can know what’s up. But your couch tour hate is lame bro
