Also, for those who wonder what Woke really means - It means you understand that: The gov't are not your friends. The Police are NOT your friends. Colleges are NOT poisoning minds. Anyone NOT LIKE YOU is NOT your enemy. DEF not all inclusive, but this is a solid start.

In addition to last thread - Remember that sometimes, in the moment, community service either feels like a chore or like 'just another day' to you. To the queer kid you just fed or provided safety to? Those small actions are quite literally the most important thing in the world.

can do more to save a life than anything else. But above all? Your country and community needs you to DO. Do your research on how to help safely and correctly and get out there, and even if it's just sitting in a chair with a camera recording those doing the oppressing, help.

Given what's been happening lately, the amount of hatred that's being spread - And before anyone 'both sides' this, one side is actually speaking on trying to get rid of the kids (now adults) I helped out. The other is doing more of what I have, and helping them survive hate 2/?

Today I am more proud of what I saw as 'no big thing' over the years - Helping queer kids over the years simply have a little acceptance and a few meals in a warm safe place was common sense. Now it's called 'Woke'. Today I defended that. And feel like Superman as a result. 1/?
