@LloydsBank@Toyahsmam The app is NOT "up and runnng". I have within the last five minutes received the "technical issues" message when trying to verify a payment via the app.
@LloydsBank I have just this minute tried to make a payment which required me to verify a purchase via the Lloyds app, only to receive the same "technical issues" message which has been showing all day. So, very clearly, the app and online banking are NOT "up and running".
