@RYOBItoolsusa it is amazing that you can order products and have them shipped in about 4 heart beats, but service & support is now 2+ weeks to get an email acknowledgement or find a person to talk to for help. How can @homedepot an push prodcut from a vendor with NO SUPPORT.
Ok, amazing stuff - or maybe not. Order placed & confirmed with @GLO_Science. No product shipped. Chat window rep can't find order even with order confirmation. Sure didn't have this much trouble charging my credit card, but will be back to me in 1-2 days. Really People!
@NordicTrack Have ordered a bike as a gift on 7-21. Seems like a total joke now nearly a month later with your carrier partners as 4 dates have been missed and cannot get a status other than in transit. You can do better. I notice there is no problem with asking for payment.
