There is literally no point in there being another scrum in this match - brace is going to give the stormers a penalty at the every one, so let's not waste the time #stovcar
@BORDERLINEKEVIN Apologies - Brace is the AR, wrong Irish official
Genuine question - if one scrum is so much better, what is the point of having a "contest"?
Exactly why I teach people never to do any procedure in the last 30 minutes of the their shift that isn't immediately life saving.... (especially labour epidurals! They never work....)
Shiftosis - The end-of-shift condition in which enthusiasm for any challenging task declines in direct proportion to how close one is to handing over, often reaching its peak in the last hour, when even modest jobs begin to look unreasonable. May present as acute, chronic, or acute-on-chronic. Submitted by Roxy.

Medicine is a distinct & elite profession & I’m getting tired of people trying pretend that there’s a shortcut to the years of hard work it takes to become a doctor
Tiered rotas are nothing more than gaslighting patients into worse care
I’m glad it’s being called out publicly
Somebody sent me this, which I think might just make your day. I don't know who to credit it to, I'm afraid, but whoever filmed it, thank you.
Happy Easter
