@AndreMColon@TMZ The burden of proof is much less in civil court and lawyers are way more motivated for the big payday rather than actual justice. His money helps protect him from criminal charges with good lawyers, but then becomes a target for civil suits because he has money. A Gross irony.
@la_meme_young @Brockelbank @NicholasBoyd Also, less people listening to artists who have passed on royalties for more plays. Reverse pay to play, even though pay to play is illegal, but they have found a loophole.
House Music came to me when I was a very depressed teenager & it completely changed my life. to this day, all it takes is one track & I feel a rush of calm wash over me. I owe House Music everything as I couldn't imagine living my life without it.
let’s get real, @LiveNation has never & will never throw Raves. the only danger at an event like that is blowing through all the money you have. if the sound system isn’t still going at 9 AM & you paid service fees on your ticket you’re attending anything but a Rave.
@CassUmbra@fantasyinsanity The root of this is simply greed. Top 1% artists in almost every field take 99% of the cash and leave 99% to fight for 1%. Those same artists when they "make it" feel they've earned it and aren't really willing to share. A quick tweet in support of struggling artists is enough.
