🎉 Spreading joy in Ikot Ekpene/Essien Udim/Obot Akara Federal Constituency! Recently, I shared festive cheer by distributing bags of rice and donating 3 million naira to my constituents. I also gifted one cow to party stakeholders in each of the LGAs I represent.

On Thursday, December 28, 2023, I officially inaugurated our constituency office in Ikot Ekpene. The day commenced with a Mass celebration. My dear wife, Mrs. Enobong Umoh, generously donated wrappers to women while I supported her by giving the women one million naira.

Yesterday, I was conferred with the prestigious chieftaincy title "Abai Okon" of the Okon Clan by the Okon Traditional Rulers Council led by His Highness Obong Bassey Johnny Akpan.

Yesterday, December 25th, my lovely wife and I had the privilege of commemorating the birth of Christ by visiting the General Hospital, Ikot Ekpene, where we shared the joy of Christmas with children born on this special day and others who were admitted for various reasons.

Yesterday, I attended the Thanksgiving Mass in honour of Obong Simon James Etim, PhD, mni, at the Holy Trinity Quasi Parish, Ikpe Annang, Akwa Ibom State.

Today, I officially inaugurated the Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Implementation of Legislative Agenda. As the Chair, it is an honour to lead this committee, whose focus is to oversee the implementation of the legislative agenda for the 10th Assembly.

Earlier today, I attended the 2023 Diocesan Harvest, themed "Harvest of Abundant Blessing," held at the Regina Pacis Hall, St. Anne Cathedral, Ifuho, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State.

Honoured to host two outstanding sons of Akwa Ibom State, Dr. Charles Akpabio and Dr. Nestor Udoh, at my office in the National Assembly. Dr. Nestor, a distinguished medical practitioner and author of "Civil War Child," shared his book with me. An inspiring day with great minds!

Today, I attended the ordination of Nine newly ordained Catholic Priests at St. Anne Cathedral, Ifuho, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State. May God bless them with the grace of the sacred Priesthood.
