Are you on a GLP-1 (Ozempic / Wegovy / Mounjaro) and not losing as fast as expected?
Most people struggle because:
Not enough protein → muscle loss
•Too little fibre → constipation
•No structure → cravings return
I created a 7-Day GLP-1 Success Accelerator to help you optimize your results safely.

Includes: protein plan, bowel routine, craving protocol, daily checklist.

🇨🇦 Big news for Canadians: generic semaglutide (GLP-1) is coming to Canada starting in 2026.

🔍 What you need to know:
• Patents for brand names expire early next year, opening the door to generics.
• Companies like Sandoz and Apotex are expected to release generic versions, potentially at 60–70% lower prices than branded versions.
• More affordable access could mean more people who need diabetes or weight-loss treatment can actually afford it.

⚠️ What to watch out for: approvals, quality, and whether there will still be clinical support or programs tied to these drugs.

💬 Thoughts? Are you excited or have concerns?

GLP-1s are changing the game — but they’re not magic.
They don’t heal emotional eating.
They don’t fix self-sabotage.
They don’t build habits.

They just turn down the noise so you can finally work on the real problem:
🧠 Your relationship with food
🧠 Your thoughts
🧠 Your identity

Weight loss is not only physical — it’s mental.

A lot of the choices we make in life are not necessarily what we want to do or what is best for us, but often are influenced by how we perceive other people will react to our choices.

The reality is the vast majority people are self-absorbed and thinking about their own life, the majority of time.

When you realize this, it becomes empowering. It should empower you to make the right choices to build a life you want. Ultimately , we are only accountable to ourselves and the choices we make should reflect this reality.
